The customer is responsible for providing adequate order information, which is required for all service/warranty claims.

The warranty for our products is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that this does not apply to batteries.

This warranty is also not valid if there is damage due to fault. This includes the following possibilities:

- damage resulting from abnormal use to any component;
- damage due to lack of care;
- damage due to negligence;
- damage due to accidents;
- damage due to improper use of the watch;
- damage from lack of proper care of the watch;
- damage from improper maintenance;
- damage due to tampering;
- damage due to wear and tear and failure to observe the instructions provided by Acquiéss.

If the mechanism in the watch no longer functions properly, you are kindly requested to contact us at info@acquiess.com. We will ask you for the serial number embedded on the warranty card and in your watch. If there are signs of fault damage that may cause the watch to malfunction, unfortunately the warranty will be voided.
