RETURNS

We do not accept refunds if the product shows the slightest sign of use. Therefore, please note that watches must be in unused condition for a refund to be granted. We therefore recommend that you take a photo of how you packed your return for future reference.

To return one or more products, you are kindly requested to take the following steps.



Step 1.Report your return to us.
Please contact us at info@acquiess.com. In this mail, please include your return request in addition to the serial number. This way you will receive a return form from us and you can start planning your return.

Step 2. Send your return package
Schedule the return by sending the return package within 14 days of receipt to the address listed on the return form. Add the completed return form here and send your package with it. This is because you, as the sender, are responsible for your return shipment.

Step 3. Your purchase amount will be refunded to your account.
Once we have received the package in good order, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.

Acquiéss cannot guarantee receipt if returns are sent via other shipping methods than the one we have provided. If the return(s) have not been sent as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return. This also applies to returning products for which the 14 days have expired after stating your return. Acquiess is not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in the mail.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for both domestic and international shipments. Acquiess is not responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
