Charges

International 
For international orders, costs such as import duties, customs fees and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. www.acquiess.com will list prices that only include the product price, so costs such as import duties, administration fees, delivery and shipping costs are not included and are therefore not part of the price listed on the site. Therefore, for international orders, these possible costs do not fall on Acquiéss, but on the buyer.

All payments are handled by IDeal, Bancontact, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard. VAT and/or import and/or customs fees are not included for orders outside the European Union. 

General

As part of the distance contract, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving reasons within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will receive a full refund provided the product is unused and returned in its original packaging according to our return method. You can find these steps on the return page of Acquiéss.

We at Acquiess assume that you will follow the following advice so that you can enjoy your watch endlessly.

If so, feel free to contact us! You can do this by sending an email to info@acquiess.com or through our contact page. We will help you as soon as possible. 

- For service and warranty claims, the customer is responsible for providing complete and all required information needed for the order.  

- The warranty for our products is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to batteries. Please refer to our warranty claim in which the other conditions for not granting warranty are explained in detail.

Shipping

When completing your order Acquiéss assumes your address is verified, correct and double checked. If it is still incorrect please let us know ASAP by contacting us at info@acquiess.com and we can adjust it for you.

We strive to maintain a shipping time of 1-2 business days, but it may occasionally take a little longer than normal. If it takes longer than 5 business days, please contact us at info@acquiess.com and we will sort it out further for you.

If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@acquiess.com. Once you have reported what is damaged, we will of course send you a new product to replace the damaged product.

For all questions about your delivery, please contact the carrier. They are the party responsible for the delivery and can therefore provide you with the fastest information about your delivery.

We from Acquiéss will send you a "Track and Trace code" after your order is completed in the form of an email with tracking information, so you can follow your package until the actual delivery at home. If this email did not arrive, please check your spam box to be sure our email did not end up there.
